Foundation Announces 2018 National Fellowship Recipients
The Phi Kappa Psi Foundation Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the awarding of five National Fellowships to participate in a 2018 Outward Bound Leadership Experience. Outward Bound is a national organization known for providing experiential and outdoor education programs that develop character and intellect through both mentally and physically intense experiences.
Fellowship recipients are selected each year based on academic merit, leadership experience and participation in community service.
“We congratulate this year’s undergraduate Phi Psi recipients of the Outward Bound Fellowship who really demonstrate the potential to be outstanding leaders on their campus and in their communities,” said Fred Hegele, Foundation Chairman. “We gratefully thank the donors who make these fellowships possible.”
The 2018 recipients are:
- Hugo Fernandez Buffalo ’15
- Spencer Gill Oklahoma ’14
- Joseph Griffin Illinois ’14
- Joe Paolucci Akron ’15
- Ohlen Rudy Muskingum ’14
Fellowship recipients have the option to choose from multiple Outward Bound course opportunities with the fellowship covering registration and travel expenses.
