The Endowment Fund of the Phi Kappa Psi Fraternity (d/b/a Phi Kappa Psi Foundation; Phi Psi Foundation) (the “Foundation”) values the trust, generosity, and lifelong commitment of our donors. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal and financial information is handled with care, respect, and integrity.
This Donor Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard donor information in connection with contributions to the Foundation. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Website Privacy Policy and SMS Privacy Policy, which provide additional detail regarding other forms of engagement and communication.

In connection with making a gift or pledge, the Foundation may collect certain personal information (“Personal Information”), including but not limited to:

- Giving history and pledge information
- Information provided through correspondence or donor engagement
Providing this information is voluntary; however, certain information is necessary to process and acknowledge your gift and to fulfill related obligations.

For texting, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected solely for the purpose of delivering the text messages described at the time of opt-in. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, shared, transferred, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. - Listing donor names, chapters, and class years (as applicable)

At the same time, we fully respect your preferences. Donors may request anonymity or limit recognition at any time, and we will honor those wishes.
