Brother Hagerman built a distinguished career with Hagerman Construction Group, beginning in the family business while still in high school and ultimately serving as chairman. Under his leadership, the company expanded significantly and completed numerous landmark projects, including Victory Field, the Allen County War Memorial, and major academic facilities at Purdue University and the University of Notre Dame. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mark has demonstrated a deep commitment to his community through service with organizations including the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Ivy Tech Community College Foundation, and Valparaiso University. A loyal supporter of Phi Kappa Psi, he recently played a significant role in the Indiana Epsilon housing campaign, helping strengthen the chapter experience for future generations of brothers.
