Brother Schwartz devoted his life to leadership, service, and Phi Kappa Psi. After earning his engineering degree from Purdue University and joining Indiana Delta, he served honorably as a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army before returning home to build a distinguished 30-year career as President of Valley American Bank. A passionate Phi Psi, Denny played a key role in the construction of the current Indiana Delta chapter house and served for many years as a Trustee of the Phi Kappa Psi Foundation, helping strengthen the Fraternity and Foundation for generations to come. His generosity also extended throughout his community, supporting healthcare, education, faith-based initiatives, and countless local organizations. Following his passing and entrance into Chapter Eternal in 2025, Brother Schwartz is honored posthumously for a lifetime of leadership, philanthropy, and unwavering devotion to Phi Kappa Psi and his greater community.
