Foundation seeks experienced and enthusiastic financial leader to join its executive team

The Phi Kappa Psi Foundation seeks a dynamic, energetic and experienced financial leader to join its executive team to build upon the organization’s strong financial operations.

The Controller is a critical and visible position requiring strong business (financial, operations), staff development and change management experience and the ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) on all matters pertaining to the organization’s finances and the donor contributions stewarded.

The Controller will lead a team responsible for providing strategic leadership, including developing, organizing, implementing, directing and evaluating the organization’s fiscal function. This individual will add to an already visionary, supportive and action-oriented team comprised of staff, board and volunteers to expand the organization’s reach with the goal to provide more educational assistance, support for leadership programs and aligning development efforts to the needs of its membership.
