The TN Delta Chapter was installed in 1901 with the original facility built in 1905 and occupied until a fire destroyed the structure in 1955. The current chapter house was built in 1964 and since that time has seen little improvements. The current campaign seeks to renovate the entire facility which will result in live-in accommodations for six undergraduates and a resident advisor. Additionally, dedicated study and library spaces will be created, social spaces refreshed and an outdoor recreation area added.
