About Our Chapter Housing Campaign
The TN Delta Chapter was installed in 1901 with the original facility built in 1905 and occupied until a fire destroyed the structure in 1955. The current chapter house was built in 1965 and since that time there have been only minor improvements. The current campaign seeks to renovate the entire facility which will result in live-in accommodations for six undergraduates as well as a resident advisor, which will make TN Delta the first Fraternity house at Vanderbilt to add a room for a live-in advisor. Additionally, dedicated study and library spaces will be created, social spaces refreshed and an outdoor recreation area added. Phase I - interior renovation construction was completed in August 2012. Phase II - outdoor space and landscaping construction is planned for the summer of 2013.
