Applications for the Excellence in Advising Grant program are accepted annually until December 15 with grants awarded in January. Chapter Advisors may request between $500 and $2,000 to purchase materials and services for use as part of an educational project or program designed and implemented during the current or following calendar year. Those Chapter Advisors who have not previously received monies are encouraged to reapply.

The application process consists of the online application, which can be found here, including a timeline for the educational project or program as well as an itemized list of materials needed and their associated costs. The selection process will take place shortly after the application deadline and will include a review of all materials by the Foundation's selection committee. 

Please note that incomplete applications will not be considered and it is the responsibility of the grant coordinator/applicant to follow up with the Foundation to ensure all application materials have been received. Programming grants will be issued in one lump sum to the Chapter Advisor on behalf of the chapter and the monies may only be used for educational related activities and/or materials.
